Chiqúe Grand Wedding Services

 


(Four-Month Planning Services) This planning package is for the couple that dived in, handled the initial planning to include venue selection. These services are ideal for couples that desire to hand the baton to an event professional to finalize the details leading up to the big day.  The Chiqúe Grand includes the following services:

Prior to the Event

  • In person consultation, contract execution, gather initial information, and share ideas
  • Create vision board to confirm the event concept
  • Eight scheduled virtual planning sessions (up to one hour each)
    • One site visit to meet with venue officials at the ceremony/reception site
    • Unlimited email/telephone communication (within business hours)
  • Budget development and management
  • Guest management (RSVP and lodging oversight as needed)
  • Assistance with floor plan development
  • Assistance with special accommodations for guests with disabilities
  • Menu advisement and attend menu tasting appointments (as needed)
  • Referral of professional vendors within budget and style
  • Review and negotiate vendor contracts
  • Create wedding itinerary with timelines for the ceremony and reception
  • Advance confirmation to vendors of arrival and set-up
  • Provide protocol and etiquette information as needed

Rehearsal (One Hour)

  • Coordinate with ceremony site representatives
  • Coordinate bridal party entrance

Day of the Event

  • Arrive to the ceremony two hours prior to the event
  • Greet vendors to ensure timely arrival and set-up
  • Provide final payments to vendors
  • Direct guests to the designated ceremony space
  • Cue the master of ceremony, musicians, vocalists, as needed
  • Ensure that planned activities are on schedule

Reception (Two Hours) 

  • Greet and direct guests into the designated reception space
  • Execute program itinerary
  • Secure gifts and transfer to the designed point of contact

 

 

     

    Chiqúe Prime (Premium) Wedding Package


    (Two-Month Planning Services)

    This planning package for the couple that planned the majority of the wedding details and needs an event professional to keep the planning details on track leading up the big day.  The Chiqúe Prime includes the following services:

    Prior to the Event

    • In person consultation, contract execution, gather initial information, and share ideas
    • Create vision board to confirm the event concept
    • Four scheduled virtual planning sessions (up to one hour each)
    • One site visit to meet with venue officials at the ceremony/reception site

        (Day-of Planning Services) This package is perfect for couples that planned all the wedding essentials and only need an event professional to orchestrate the “big day”.  The Chiqúe Menue services must be obtained a minimum of four weeks prior to the wedding date and include:

        • Unlimited email/telephone communication (within business hours)
