Chiqúe Grand Wedding Package


(The Four-Month Planning Package)

The “Four Month” planning package for the bride that dived in, handled the initial planning, and now desires a professional Event Planner to finalize the planning details leading up to the big day.  It can be tailored to include the following services:

Prior to the Event

  • Free initial consultation to understand the vision for the event, gather initial information, exchange ideas, and respond to questions/concerns (up to two hours)
  • Three additional “face-to-face” planning sessions (up to one hour each):
    • Month One/First Meeting: Consultation to obtain an overview of your wedding day vision. During the first meeting, the contract is executed and a discussion is held to obtain additional details for the event in order to create a concept and flow of the wedding
    • Month Two/Second Meeting: Participate in Meeting with wedding site officials and/or walk-through Ceremony and Reception site.
    • Month Three/Third Meeting: Meet with couple to ensure that tasks are in accordance with timeline.
    • Month Four/Fourth Meeting: Wedding Rehearsal/Site Walk-through
  • Unlimited email/telephone discussions (within business hours)
  • Budget management
  • Guest management (monitoring guest responses and providing a final guest list)
  • Provide menu suggestions based on budget
  • Attend menu tasting appointments (as necessary)
  • Suggested professional vendors within your budget and style
  • Vendor management (oversee vendor contract requirements)
  • Provide final payments to vendors for executed contracts
  • Create detailed wedding itinerary for the wedding party and vendors to outline schedules and timelines for the ceremony and reception
  • Information on protocol and advice on etiquette as needed
  • Contacting vendors to coordinate event timeline and confirm arrangements in writing

Rehearsal (One Hour)

  • Coordination with Ceremony Site Facilitators
  • Coordination of bridal party entrance
  • Coordinate bridal party in accordance with the established timeline, program, and bride and groom’s requests

Day of the Event

  • Arrive to wedding site one hour prior to ceremony
  • Ensuring vendors (musicians, décor, etc.) arrive on time per the contract
  • Provide final payments to vendors if necessary
  • Assist bridal party with flower pinning/flower distribution
  • Provide final payments to vendors if needed
  • Direct the seating of guests with the ushers
  • Queuing musicians and vocalists, as necessary
  • Serve as a liaison to ensure that planned activities are on schedule
  • Assist the bride and attendants during dressing for the ceremony if needed

Reception (Two Hours)

Coordinate all reception details to include:

  • Directing guests into the venue
  • Transporting gifts received at the ceremony to the reception venue
  • Securing gifts and personal items (bouquet, cake topper, cake knife, portrait, guest book, goblets, and gifts) in an area for bridal family or designated friends responsible for retrieving those items
  • Ensuring that the reception program is executed in accordance with the timeline
  • Securing gifts/bride and groom personal items for retrieval upon conclusion of the event

Chiqúe Prime (Premium) Wedding Package


(The Two-Month Planning Package)

The “Two Month” planning package for the bride that planned the majority of the wedding details and needs an Event Professional to ensure that the planning details are on track leading up the big day.  It can be tailored to include the following services:

Prior to the Event

  • Free initial consultation to understand the vision for the event, gather information, and respond to questions/concerns (up to one hour)
  • Two additional “face-to-face” planning sessions (up to one hour each):
    • First Meeting:  Consultation to obtain an overview of your wedding day vision.  During the first meeting, the contract is executed and a discussion is held to obtain additional details for the event in order to create a concept and flow of the wedding

This package is designed for those couples that have planned all of the wedding essentials and need to pass the torch to a Professional Event Planner to handle the big day.  It can be tailored to include the following services:

  • Free initial consultation (one month prior to the event) to understand the vision for the event, gather information, and respond to questions/concerns (up to one hour)
  • One additional “face-to-face” planning session (up to one hour):
