These services are designed to accommodate any budget to plan, oversee, and execute your fundraising event from start to finish. The Chiqúe Affairs team can provide À-La-Carte and hourly services as needed for the following:

Prior to the Event

  • Free initial consultation to understand the vision for the event, gather information, and respond to questions/concerns (up to one hour)
  • Unlimited email/telephone discussions (within business hours)

Day of the Event

  • Two (2) hour early arrival to coordinate with the venue staff
  • On-site Event Management and Coordination of vendors and volunteers
  • Greeting and directing guests
  • Greeting and directing guest speakers and/or special guests
  • Oversight of event auction or other event activities
  • Program management
  • Assistance with break-down/clean up

Post-Event

  • Developing post-event surveys for attendees
  • Developing the “Thank You” e-blast
  • Donor/attendee survey analysis and recommended strategies for future events
  • Sponsorship review and recommendations
  • Providing a fundraiser report
  • Transfer sponsor and donor records
  • Ensure that all legal reporting requirements are provided
  • Debrief Meeting to discuss event outcomes
